Jarek Alexander oversees quality control, realism, and the operational structure of NET's projects. He ensures every detail of Boston Bus Simulator and New England Bus Simulator is of the most accurate games there is, from route planning to in-game features. Jarek also leads NET's partnerships with other Roblox transit groups, developing partnerships that benefit the wider simulation community. His focus on realism and roleplay business relations has made NET one of the most recognized and respected names in Roblox transit roleplay.

Elian Izquierdo-Medina directs NET's Transit Police. Introducing immersion to the roleplaying process. As Lead Of TPD, he guides systems that allow players to uphold regulation, and create live situations within NET's bus simulator games. Elian's work sees gameplay balance between realism and community engagement, enabling players to experience the transit operation beyond driving.
